For agents to deliver real value, they need access to your real data. We support you in building a unified Data Platform — a secure layer connecting your structured and unstructured company data to your agents via MCP servers. This is a separate scoping and setup engagement, priced per project.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • What happens if an agent performs fewer actions than the minimum commitment?

    The minimum commitment is an annual floor — you pay it regardless of usage. It covers our ongoing development and monitoring costs. Think of it as a retainer for a specialist on call.

  • Can I add more agents after the initial setup?

    Yes. Once your environment is configured, adding new agents doesn't require a new setup fee. Each new agent goes through the design phase and gets its own metrics and pricing agreed upfront.

  • What does 'corrective maintenance' include?

    We fix any agent behavior that deviates from the agreed metrics or specifications. If an integration breaks or an AI model update changes agent behavior, we correct it at no extra cost. Knowledge base data updates and content modifications are not included in corrective maintenance.

  • What's included in AI model updates?

    When a new AI model version is available that improves performance, we update your agents. This includes testing the new model against your agreed metrics before deployment.

  • Is the multi-year discount applied to all components?

    Yes — the multi-year discount (up to 20% for 3 years) applies to the governance fee and metric consumption. The setup fee is one-time and not subject to multi-year pricing.
