2. Services description

theywork365.ai provides AI agent design, development, deployment, and ongoing governance services for Microsoft 365 environments. Services are governed by individual service agreements (SOW) signed with each client.

3. Service eligibility

Our services are intended for business customers (B2B) only. You must be authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your organization.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and illustrations — is the property of Dev4Side S.r.l. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI agents developed for your organization remain your property under the terms of your individual service agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

theywork365.ai services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev4Side S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
